World mama Desirée, from Curaçao

This week another amazing World Mama. After last weeks inspiring story about expatlife in Angola, we are moving on to Amsterdam mama Desirée. There are two reasons why I think she is special.
First of all Desirée is a very smart woman and an amazing writer. And second, she was born in Curaçao, the beautiful Island in the Caribbean which also happens to be where I am from. Her story is about transformation and growth, about passion and wanderlust, about reinventing yourself and finding your true self. Curious? Keep on reading!
