Dinah Veeris writes farewell letter: “My task is done, carry on the heritage”
Dinah Veeris, the well-known herbalist and founder of the Botanical Garden in Curaçao, has shared her last message in an open farewell letter to the people of Curaçao. In the letter she thanks the community for their support and trust during her life’s work and indicates that her time has come to take care of her “heavenly garden”. Dinah passed away yesterday [September 6, 2024] at the age of 85. She had been ill for some time.
