On Friday, May 14, YardVibes, in collaboration with Melkweg Cinema and Reggae Vibrations, will host an exclusive online screening of Rudeboy: The Story of Trojan Records (2018). That day from 7pm, the film will be available for rent for 48 hours on YardVibes! In addition, from 8-9pm that day, Ike Melchizedek and Joss&Flo Selecting will be on Radio Melkweg honoring Trojan Records.
The story of the most famous Jamaican music label is also that of the love affair of the young British working class with the rhythms that emerged in the ghettos of Kingston.
