Gallery Alma Blou

We started the year 2020 very optimistic, with lots of ideas to prepare for the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Gallery Alma Blou. By March we settled into a lockdown to open again in June with the exhibition of Bianca Berends.

This is for all of us a very challenging period where economically and socially big changes are taking place in our society.

As gallery we are looking for ways to overcome this period. During the lockdown I have been working on a project to have artists more involved and engaged in all the changes our community are experiencing.  We called this project Floating Bridges.
By applying for funds, one of the conditions are that the gallery has to contribute financially too.

PRESENTING 24 YEARS OF A COLLECTION That’s why we created a special exhibition, featuring beautiful paintings of our own private collection that we have been collecting during all the 24 years of our existence. On this way we can generate funds for our FLOATING BRIDGES project.
Your contribution will be of great help to make this project possible.

You are invited to visit this exhibition that will be on show till July 22, 2020
Opening hours: Tuesday-Friday: 9-5 hours
Saturday: 10-2 hours
Sunday and Monday Closed
